The hotel itself was lovely, smelled great and super clean. We visited in the off season and it was still very busy. The lobby was almost always full with people at the desk. Staff at check-in were okay, not super friendly but not rude either. Room was great, "mini bar" items are included, its a few juices and some water. Bed was massive and really comfortable. Amazing rainfall shower and water pressure as well. My biggest complaint was the area. I think next time we will stay near the Gothic Quarter because this hotel was a bit out of the way. We did walk a few times but most times we would take an uber which was REALLY hard to get one.

A wonderful location. Walkable to so many restaurants and sites. You can get a cab outside the door. Staff is so helpful and fluent in English. Rooms very clean and the most comfortable bed. Will stay here again.

Reception Staff is excellent. Wonderful English and very helpful for all questions. Room and bathroom are spacious as was storage space for luggage and belongings. In-hotel breakfast was excellent in taste, choices, and quantity. The area around the hotel is very urban and lots of graffiti. Once inside, we felt very safe. Reception staff recommended a local restaurant for dinner which was great. Parking garage was nearly impossible to enter and exit due to small size. But otherwise, parking was excellent. Hotel location is near the waterfront and across town from Segrada Familia but with good walking shoes, we saw a LOT of central Barcelona in one day. the area around the Picasso Museum is very cool.
