Condo was clean. Staff were awesome. Kitchen was very compact with hardly any counter space. Kitchen only had 4 sets of plates and bowls but had lots of pans. There were no baking trays or dishes that could go in the oven. View was spectacular.

Balcony’s are not cleaned and snow piled up. So couldn’t sit and enjoy the outdoor view. Additionally no chairs in balcony. Parking is ample including the basement parking. Property is old but they are keeping up the maintenance. Decent hotel for a family stay that prefers a loft with queen beds and a kitchen. Very convenient 3 min drive form Banff downtown.

Our room was spacious and very clean. The kitchenette was great to have and our stay was very pleasant. The only thing that is unfortunate is that parking is very tight and sometimes hard to maneuver into a spot with a larger vehicle. Our second time staying and we will be back. It would be nice if they had a discount for Alberta residents.
