This place has a lot of character. Certainly a lot of color! Good for photo ops. The patio was very relaxing and it is fun seeing everyone outside at night. The pool area was great. Close to beach, late night deli, and a cute surf shop. The diner wasn’t too bad either!

This is the first time staying in a hotel while visiting Ocean City. I road by this place in travel. This was a last minute visit and everything worked out fine- pool right at your back door- great breakfast diner across the street- working kitchenette- the visit was great. Will recommend

Great weekend stay! The rooms a s bathroom were very spacious and clean. The pool was great and bigger than expected. The property was maintained extremely well - from morning to night The staff were walking around sweeping the sidewalks, emptying trash, mopping and cleaning the pool area - very impressive. The staff were all friendly and anything we asked for, we got. Location is great with easy access to the beach and many food options. Great experience for the price and will definitely be back!

Room was very clean and the staff was super helpful. Given that it was July 4th weekend the hallways were as to be expected but the staff was continuously cleaning up after people. Our aircon was struggling but as this was the weekend with close to 100F it was understandable. The staff even provided us with a fan for the room to move the air around and to make it more comfortable. Overall we would definitly stay here again.

Very nice people run Kokomo! Rooms are nice and colorful. I was pleased with my stay last summer. My room had a recently remolded bathroom which was very nice with tile and walk in shower! Plenty of parking. Nice and safe short walk to beach and a beer and deli across the highway. I plan to stay there again. I also added at night into my stay and they didn’t give me any trouble with changing rooms! Thank you Kokomo!

We had a good stay here, the pool was a nice size and the location was good. Only a few steps from the beach and also had bus stops on both sides of the street right outside the hotel. The only thing that sucked was that we were on the very bottom floor and could hear the people above us and their kids running around. So the ceilings are pretty thin even though they felt like concrete. The attached breakfast diner was also very good and convenient. Also good to know, if you want to check in early they do charge a fee. We were only checking in an hour early and paid $10.

i liked the pool and the staff would come everyday and asked if we needed towels. the only thing i didn’t like was people next to us were up all night on the balcony singing very loud waking people up. didn’t think that should be allowed . staff employees should of stopped it.

We had a great time at Kokomo! No issues whatsoever. Close to the beach. A large pool to use if you are tired of being sandy at the beach. Rooms were clean and updated. Bathrooms were clean and updated but small. The beds, pillows, and linens were SO COMFORTABLE we slept like babies. The stairs are VERY VERY steep so be careful of that but other than that it was wonderful. We will be back! Also, I wish the pool was open until 10pm. Closing at 8pm is too early.

The room appeared clean and well maintained. My only complaint regarding the rooms is that no hand soap was provided in the bathroom. Overall, our stay went smoothly. Before arriving, keep in mind that the hotel requests a $150 deposit, as I was unaware of this prior to my stay.
