Even Better than Expected

This place is Fantastic, and Flora is Such a Great host!! Perfect location in Avon, super spacious, and clean, and has everything you need! Walking distance to restaurants and shops. This will now be our Go-to rental, each time we're back in CT to visit family. It is such a Cozy unit! The only suggestion I would caution, is that the stairs to enter/exit unit, are steep and a tight squeeze for anyone with mobility constraints.

clean property in convenient location

This apartment was the perfect stay for myself and friends. The apartment was clean and in close proximity to downtown Avon as well as walking distance to a few restaurants and shops. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. We would stay here again.
