Staff were polite and available. Rooms were clean although it felt a bit like staying in a dorm rather than a hotel. Perhaps due lack of color (walls all white in hallway, grey doors and carpets). Location was great and near a lovely forest park. Easy access to dowtown by foot and waterfront.

The room is reasonably clean and tidy the heavy smell of damp mould is around red/brownish stains in the shower very visible. Shower pressure poor. Rooms not sound proof could hear everything though the hallways and the conversation the next room was having, the tv through the walls also. The bed bugs crawling over the pillows and everywhere through the bed was scary! This place needs to be met with health and safety officer or the council to review its standards of cleanliness.
