Although this is budget accommodation and the rooms are cozy, the common area downstairs elevates the property with free hot beverages, crockery and use of a microwave. The hotel is clean and quiet and although the rooms are small it has everything you need for a short stay to or from the airport.

Turned up at 2am after wandering around Auckland Airport given when we booked it said they were at the airport, not a kilometre away! Got our room key only to find we were given a twin room not the double booked. Guy at the desk was not happy to have to find another room. In this case you do get what you pay for.

Kettle never be able to make boiled water for making tea, it has been turn on for whole night could not get water even a bit warm and this was the second kettle we asked to change. Fortunately there has supply of hot water tea and coffee at front desk!
