"Very comfortable, safe place to stay with a casino to entertain you and restaurant on site. Only hiccup was the reading light by the bed would automatically turn off every 30 min and not allow you to turn it back on for about 10 min. Very annoying! Don’t know if it overheats or what the deal is."

"41 Lakefront Hotel was a comfortable, clean, pleasant hotel. And the surrounding area was perfect for summer relaxing. It was quiet, the staff in all areas was helpful and cheerful. Good food in the restaurant as well."

"Convenient to my visit. Easy in and out of the parking lot. Hotel is in middle of renovation No ice machine on my floor (3rd). No coffee maker in my room. Reported it twice, but was never replaced. TV guide on screen was almost unusable. Channel numbers listed did not match the on screen. Shower not hot, but gets much hotter after 3 or 4 minutes after face is covered with soap. Staff told about problems, but no action."

"Check-in at entrance kiosk was weird. The process was with the receptionist remote on video. There was a 5 second delay in communications and poor audio on both ends making conversation difficult. Had to agree to a $100 deposit with an unexplained additional tax to be taken from it. There was no staff on site at 5:30 pm check in. In the morning, there was a person at the desk who explained Expedia has not updated thei system to collect an additional NY 3% room tax. She also maintained nice fresh coffee there. There were 6 EV level 2 chargers available for $0.30 per kWh. Short walk to town center with a small Wegmans. Would consider staying there again."
