The Holiday Inn is one of my favorites. The staff are very nice. The rooms are clean and it's in a great location in downtown Auburn in walking distance to everything. The only thing I don't like about it is the fact that it's not pet friendly. Pets are not allowed you will need to find other accommodations for your family pet. But overall it's a great place to stay at.

This hotel was a very nice surprise! The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The establishment was clean, well decorated and extremely comfortable beds. I was just stopping in for a night but I wish it would have been a longer stay!

The staff was very helpful. The facility was well kept. The beds were very comfortable. On the negative side, however, the restaurant was not open for some reason on our first night, and the bar was not open for all of the advertised hours. Also the pool was closed for maintenance for our first night

This is an excellent hotel in the Finger Lakes. The staff is friendly and helpful. I really liked the indoor atrium and pool, which was a different look. The one thing I didn’t like were the barn doors on the bathroom. I hate this trend as it makes things very uncomfortable with respect to bathroom privacy (no locks and gaps in the door). Otherwise, I highly recommend this property.
