This property has a lot of issues. I am surprised it is still in business. When we checked in they tried to give us a queen size room despite the fact we had reservations for a king size room. Then we were charged a "cleaning fee" for our service dogs even though it stated plainly on their paperwork that there would be no charges for service animals. The room we stayed in had a constant urine smell. We were always battling with nats in the room. The shower/tub combo leaked water all over the floor and the toilet ran every time you flushed it. The staff never addressed any of our concerns about the room. I strongly advise you not to stay here.

Had to change room 3 times because on equipment like AC Microwave not working. Rooms had items left by previous occupants, overall maintenance and housekeeping literally bad. No housekeeping on second day.

The air conditioner was not working. Even now that breakfast was freei I was expectingn a little bit more we only have cereal, bread and coffee. You know they took away the waffles. No more waffles, no more juice this is the first time I stay with my dogs and someone complain that my dogs were barking but they ,they were slamming the doors all night and the dogs were going crazy barking and didn't see that but is all good ,, The guy in the front desk tell the person the complain. You have dogs and they always bark all the time to

The staff was excellent, friendly and accommodating. The facility it self is a pretty dated. My room had peeling paint, scuffs, paint chips on the floor, etc. The bed was very comfortable though, and I had a fine stay.

+The hotel was a big disappointment and the pictures on Expedia must have been taken during its hay day or via AI. The man taking care of us at check in could hardly speak English and mumbled. So unprofessional. It was rundown, dirty, trash overflowing in the trash cans inside and out. The floors were dirty and there were slung dirty bed sheets and food trays out in the halls that were never picked up. The carpeting is so old that it is buckled up in spots as you walk in the hall and it almost trips you. The mattress on the bed had the springs almost breaking through. The pillows were like postage stamps and you couldn't even get a decent night's rest. There were holes in the wall on our floor and the elevators were filthy. The TV didn't even work properly. If you pressed anything on the remote, it would take forever for it to catch up to your selection. The outside of the hotel looked as though it had been closed. An absolute disgrace. This place should not be in operation and shut down!

We stayed in this hotel with my friends for a concert and when we get to our room you can tell the sheets are not change and clean. We ask the front desk for housekeeping they said they dont have any and then we ask for new clean sheets they dont have it either. We also found some hairs all over the bed and some crumbs of chips too.. its really disgusted and disappointing.. we were not happy at all.
