Hotel was dirty, outside there were piles of cigarette butts and trash. They made me pay a $40 deposit to get the room in case of damages. Then they couldnt be bothered to check the room when we went to leave. Never again.

Very rude staff, nasty rooms burnt bed sheets smelt just like cigarettes and marihuana Very nasty bathrooms and needs remodeling in almost everything. Not safe at all, I had drugged people walking bath and forth from my window.

AC didn’t work, disgusting carpet, blood stained chair(not a little), cigarette burns in bedding with hair and body odor in comforter and sheets. Fist fight in parking lot, nude dude in towel walking around. We checked out the first night and forfeit the second.

Got there 10 mins early and the guy had me wait 10 mins anyway. He didn't tell me the deposit had to be cash. Oh, i had to read the small print online. I didnt get to check in until 3:30 because i had to go to atm and stuff.

Won’t stay again. Air conditioner didn’t work. Bathroom had stains all around. No toiletries. Barely a half a roll of toilet paper left in the room. The closet rack was broken so I couldn’t hang up any clothes. When you close the curtains, they were worn out to the point where you could see through half of them.. please seriously needs an overhaul.

Absolutely atrocious. This place scams people by requiring a $40 cash deposit once you get there on top of what you already paid online booking with a credit card. I don't carry cash with me, so the Indian guy at the front desk said I'd have to use an ATM which would charge an astronomical fee. It does NOT cost anything for the hotel to put a hold on a card for incidentals. This is the only hotel I've ever been to which has asked for a cash deposit. I did not end up staying and the gentleman refused to allow Orbitz to call him to issue a refund which is possible to do and make an exception. The gentleman was extremely rude and would not provide his name either so I knew who I spoke to.
