Completely unsatisfied with everything from A - Z. I booked a two queen bed room with a sofa bed. Before heading to the room I asked receptionist if the room has the two queen beds. Her response was we have nothing to do here with those rooms only here to provide you your rooms keys. Get to the room and it's not what I booked. Not only that I was completely filthy no room service. No one on premises to help. The only help via phone which was completely useless. Do not come!!!!!

Management was very rude and disrespectful to me.. there was no ironbors to press my clothes no phone in the room to call down to the front dess.. sand from the beach inside the fold out bed.. was the worst experience ever..and I would never recommend that hotel to anyone.. plus I'm still waiting for my security deposit to be refunded

The room wasn’t bad it was clean but generic basically three hotels room turned to a 2 bedroom “condo”. The reason why we picked to stay there was for the kid friendly atmosphere with having an indoor water park and arcade. I would stay again but what you pay as to what you get needs some attention. Our room had no view of the ocean. All in all we had a good time the room worked for us would definitely stay there again.
