It would have been nice to know that they were renovating the property. The room was horrible and it was 3 1/2 mile to Disneyland instead of 1 mile as advertised.

The rooms are clean and a really nice size. The beds are very comfortable and the property has a lot of pretty plants. Some rooms can see Disney fireworks. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and it's always a positive experience.

The staff was super friendly! It was pet friendly and very clean. The freeway is close by so we could hear cars driving by but we were so tired from Disneyland we all fell right to sleep. I requested clean towels and paper towels and never got them. Had to go down and get them later at night. Other than that it was a great stay. Breakfast options were good for adults and kids.

Overall it was a great stay! I would stay here again. If you take the ART bus to Disneyland, just know it could take 45-60 mins not 25-30 mins between rides so just plan accordingly. The breakfast wasn’t bad either, I appreciated the fruit loops and pancakes for the kids. Our room was pretty clean overall and the noise during the day from construction really wasn’t that bad (however we weren’t there during the day a whole lot). I would recommend this as a good option for families on a budget. Definitely worth the price!

I wanna start at this particular hotel at least twice and the one next to it I believe once or twice so if this wasn't our first visit to this location. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and concern from management at this property. During our stay, one of the elevators malfunctioned — instead of stopping properly, it dropped unexpectedly. It was a serious safety issue. We remained on-site for two more days, and not once did anyone from management reach out to check on us, investigate the incident, or even acknowledge what happened. The silence was unacceptable and deeply troubling. If safety and responsiveness matter to you, I would stay else where.

Our stay was great. The room was better than expected and we were given an early check in at no additional cost. The breakfast was good and hot and the selection varied. There was some construction foing on so at timea it was a little loud but all in all our stay was great. Under construction room above mine Loud drill and heavy machinery for hours.so loud even the tv couldn’t drown the sound. Slept there one night and it was more than enough. Construction workers throughout hotel. Requested towels in pool . All dirty at 7am and no one came to assist. Had to go back twice.

Disneyland trip

Great breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Only downside is bus to Disney takes too long, not frequent enough and gets too crowded but it’s not run by the hotel so it’s out of their control.
