Our home has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, comfortably hosting up to 12 guests:

Bedroom 3: King bed – stretch out and relax like royalty 👑
Bedroom 4: Two bunk beds (including the pull out) with 5 twin mattresses total – kid heaven for cousins, siblings & friends 🧸

You’re just a short drive from Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, Angel Stadium, and the Anaheim Convention Center 🚗 — close to all the action but tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood where everyone can rest, reset, and make magical memories together. 💖✨

Pool heat is available for $100/day (2-day minimum)💦 Please request at least 24 hours ahead and it takes ~8 hours to warm up. You only pay for the days you want. Thank you! 😊

Easy self check-in with a smart lock 🔐

🔐 Security: Exterior cameras are located around the outside of the property (front door, driveway, side, and backyard). There are no cameras inside the home. Cameras are for safety and incident review only.

🐾 Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval! 🐶 An extra $150 pet cleaning fee applies (max 2 pets, under 30 lbs).
🐾Pet Cleanup: Please pick up after your dog and dispose of waste using the bags/bins provided.
Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee.

🧹 Maintenance: Pool person & gardeners may stop by to keep everything fresh & clean. They’ll be quick and respectful of your privacy.
- Pool maintenance: Tuesdays/Fridays 🛁
- Gardener may visit: Thursdays 🌿

🚫 Parking: Please avoid blocking the sidewalk to prevent tickets 🚓

👶Pack ’n play available but linens not provided (baby skin sensitivity) 🧺

🍖 BBQ is charcoal (charcoal not provided)
🔥Bonfire is regular wood fire pit (wood not provided)
- No parties or events allowed.
- No smoking allowed inside and outside.
- Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
- No unregistered guests allowed.
- Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
- Please respect the noise curfew.
- Turn off the lights/fans when you leave.
- Please respect check-in and check-out times.
- Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages.
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
- Please do your dishes.
- Respect our neighbors. Our homes are close together and our neighbors are our friends who are not on vacation, so please respect quiet time.
- QUIET HOUR: 9PM - 7AM
- Please take the trash out before you leave.
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
