We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is nice, the staff is friendly and helpful, our room was spacious and very clean, the bed was comfortable. As for the location, it is very practical: within easy walking distance to many of the main attractions, as well as services, in addition to being also fairly quiet.

The combined washer/dryer was convenient, but confusing for us Americans. Directions on how to use it & what symbols mean would be helpful. Also, if there was a retractable clothesline in the bathrooms that we could use to hang things to dry, that would be very helpful. Or maybe some hooks in the bathroom to hang things on. Dishwasher was good too. Could vacuum the rug before & during our stay.
