They gave us one of the worst rooms in the hotel — it was located right under the front desk. We had to endure constant noise from people walking above us all night, and we barely got any sleep. It was truly one of the worst experiences we've had.

It is in a great location but is in desperate need of renovation. The staff was pleasant but the hotel is poorly managed. My room, which at one time was an attic, was not especially clean. The sink was dirty because the water didn’t drain. I had to ask the desk three times to send someone to fix it. Overpriced for the condition never staying in a Leonardo property again. Ever. This made Super 8 look like the Four Seasons.
