The hotel itself was beautiful, and the rooms were really well equipped. Our room was super spacious. The cleaning was not great- the room wasn’t vacuumed in the 4 days we were in the room which was not great. The reception and bar staff are excellent. There is no good food around the hotel.

Broken toilet flush (buttons) and only one tissue left in the bathroom tissue box. Walls are wafer thin and could hear everything the neighbour was doing until 2am. Perfectly fine soap replaced with new one - didn’t find that very eco-friendly. Room was always super cold. Turning the temp up for the fan didn’t help, turning it off completely did little as well. Had to stay inside the bed to keep warm. For about £480 for 2 nights, would’ve expected better and a bathtub.

NO AIR CON

This hotel DOES NOT HAVE AIR CON In the middle of Summer we stayed in a room on a high floor, floor to ceiling windows. And no air con. Despite what the listing says, this hotel does not have air con, it only has “climate control” whatever that is. Multiple staff members told us this. As a result, the temperature in the room never went below 24C, despite being set to the minimum 18C. We couldn’t sleep properly and it ruined the 2 day stay.

The Hotel in general was perfect. I stayed there with my friend for a weekend but unfortunately it wasn't really pleasant since we both got an Allergic reaction to something during the whole stay, we were sneezing the whole time when we stayed indoor and we were hardly breathing. Therefore we didn't really stay indoor although the weather was rainy and cold outside.. i complained to the staff and they asked me if they can do anything. I said i don't know, so basically the didnt offer us any alternatives or even changed the sheets or something.. i really loved the amenities but i guess it was not meant for us to enjoy them although it was a very pricey stay.

The property is incredible. A little out of the way but in easy biking/public transit distance from the city center. I would highly recommend a stay here for any visit to the area
