If there is a choice of negative star, that’s the rating this hotel deserve. This hotel doesn’t even deserve a one star rating. Not even one staff in all shifts had been accommodating. They are all rude, the rudest people we have encountered. We reported Bathroom leaking and flooded, and they didn’t even offer to fix. In order to move you to another room, you will need to check out 11am and wait until 3pm to check in again even if you’re booked for 5 days. How stupid and inconvenient when it’s not your fault you were assigned a room in bad condition. We also lost passports and money, and they just shrugged off their shoulders. Will definitey not come back to this hotel and will not recommend.

The staff was courteous and very help full. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the location as it was very near everything we wanted to see and in Amsterdam. All this at a very reasonable price.

Very comfortable and welcoming. An easy walk from the train station and surprisingly quiet considering it's location. The reception was very professional and efficient. The room was quiet and perfect for our stay. The only negative was that it was quite hot and I didn't like the pillows. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Left luggage was a bonus as was the kettle in the room. I would definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel with great staff. I would stay there again. Very convenient and centrally located. A little noisy at night but had a great fan and on low would drown out noise and slept like a baby. Good price for the accommodation. Deep bath was nice. Mattress nice.

Basic room. Small shower. No fridge. Not a lot of space for storage. Great location very close to central station and right Next door to the police station. Breakfast was okay—full breakfast but not a lot of selection. For the price, the hotel is a great value. Clean and comfortable.
