The staff was excellent across the board. The food was good, the service was great. A major problem with the heat in the room. It moaned, howled, whistled and screeched all night long. I even shut it off, didn’t help. Could not sleep at all.

I stayed there for 2 nights with 3 pax but the room was only equipped with 2 towel in the bathroom. I request the receptionist to bring me one extra towel but refuse to and insisted I need to get the towel myself and she was very rude. My friend left one day earlier but the shuttle bus was not punctual on time and had bring in another hotel bus which they had to squeeze and stand in the bus.

Very basic room. Shower over bathtub difficult to access for older travellers. Heat didn't work at all. Front desk staff tried to fix problem and offered freestanding heater but in their words "we are too busy to deliver the heater". Seems to describe their attitude towards customers.

Very disappointing stay. The staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming, which made the experience unpleasant from the start. The room did not meet basic expectations and lacked the proper conditions for a comfortable stay. Overall, this hotel does not reflect the standards one would expect from a Ramada property. I would not recommend it.
