At check in we were given keys which did not work. We went back down they recharged the keys and it worked but we woke up someone sleeping! Went back down, they apologized profusely and give us a voucher saying we could order anything from the bar. In our room, the curtains did not close completely. Fortunately we had clothes pins with us and solved the problem. Curtains had black marks left from previous guests who used black tape to close them. We stayed at the same hotel 3 weeks prior and had concerns. Beds were comfortable and clean. Location is very good if you do not mind the 10min indoor walk once in Schiphol terminal.

A convenient option at Amsterdam Airport. Not quite as close to the terminal as the Sheraton, but still an easy undercover walk. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious and exactly as it looked in photos. We were disappointed with the service and the extra fees - specifically being asked to pay EUR50 for an early check in (12.30pm, so not really that early) when our room was ready. Not something I have ever found at another Hilton or comparable hotel.

Excellent room and breakfast. However, they were not willing to hold a carry on overnight. They should review this policy for the convenience of passengers.
