The perfect location for most of the must see attractions in the city. Tram and taxis right outside and many restaurant options within walking distance. One area for improvement is changing up the breakfast buffet food options once in a while. Not everyone wants an egg every morning.

The historical aspect of the property was lovely. It’s kept up very well. The daily cleaning service is wonderful. We never got a ride except for the airport, as everything is very walkable, so many options for food, drinks, shopping, and museums.

The staff is excellent! The gym, the bar the entire look is fantastic! Our room was very clean- tho the bathroom door didn't go to the floor and the carpet needed some work- but the hotel, staff and location is A+++

This was the absolute best hotel that I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were top notch and the hospitality. You were treated like you mattered. Our room was beautiful. Comfortable and clean with a beautiful view of the canal. Be sure to take advantage of the breakfast. It was fabulous. The area is near bus lines as well as many restaurants and shops. Excellent all around. This hotel is what the standard for all others should be. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay.

The room itself was a bit dated. The carpet had many stains. The bathroom door didn't fully shut. But the bed was comfortable, everything was clean and the terrace lovely. The hotel staff is TOP NOTCH. Efficient and kind The gym is great The bar is beautiful with delicious burgers So convenient Please don't stay here and drive up the prices I certainly will be back

Location of this hotel was great and convinence. Bus stop is just around the corner from the hotel which drop off and take you directly to the airport. Bus number 397, €3.5 one way. 15 mins walk to the central with a lot of shops and view along the way. Facilities and service by staff are excellent. Highly recommended.

Loved our stay here. Cute hotel. Close to everything. The restaurant prioritized my morning coffees. Staff was helpful in every way. We used the laundry service and my whites came back looking brand new. I have nothing bad to say about the property and I’d absolutely stay here again.
