Lovely boutique hotel in a nice quiet residential area in south. Easy walking distance to van gogh and reijksmyseum. Nice bistro and bar, and bar staff very pleasant. Early check in was not available on arrival - and they did notify me that this might happen prior to arrival -so maybe book for day before if coming long distance. Having said that I had a lovely nap in a quiet corner of the bar and when I awoke the maitre d provided a delicious espresso.

Very nice.

Very nice boutique hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival we were assigned a smaller room than we had booked. We let them know and they got us a proper room immediately. 20 minute walk or less to Riks Museum and Van Gough Museum.

Property is nice but its not a 5 star. Not sure why booking or other sites show it as 5 star. Basic things like shower cap or hand cream was missing. Not water bottles. Checkin is through a tab , not a human.

Horrendous customer service. As United States Citizens, they did not give us the two twin bed room that we booked for and instead said the “machine decides, we can do nothing” and the machine assigned us a king room (I.e. two attached twin bed frames with a single king mattress). We told them to get us to get us two twin mattresses, and they said no. Trash customer service. Breakfast top of the top (specialty salmon and nuts in addition to an excellent breakfast buffet), but we cannot recommend booking again due to trash customer service to citizens of US.
