Ideally located 7 mins walk from the Central Station, shopping and lots of nearby dining options. Staff were all very friendly, stopping to say hello and/or good morning etc. Breakfast was nice with good selection to pick from. Room was nice, irons are available near the lifts. We had a good stay and would certainly stay here again. However, it would be even better if they provided free bottled water in the rooms on arrival.

All perfect!

Everything was perfect: kind and helpful staff, nice breakfast. Rooms was quite big (compared to what you would typically get in Amsterdam!) and very clean. One thing that wasn't perfect, but surely tolerable: the bathroom didn't have a light switch, it was managed by a sensor, plus it had a frosted glass door, so it means that if you go to the bathroom at night you will have a lot of light in the bedroom for a loooong time after.

No wash cloths or tissue in the bathroom. Duvet only with no top sheet on the bed. Do not like that arrangement. Lighting in the room is only minimally adequate. Other services by staff were great.

The staff was not helpful. Just one example … I received cotton swabs the first day and then did not receive for the next 5 days. On the 6th day, I asked the front desk for cotton swabs and was told that the hotel does not provide. After I complained that they provide since I received it on the first day, the lady at the front desk reluctantly took her time to get it from behind the counter. This is just one example. We experienced quite a few these small annoyances. One small thing we can overlook, but the staff at the front desk was really unprofessional.
