Room was nice, comfy bed. Nice and clean. Staff was delightful, knowledgeable about area attractions. $50 deposit was required at check-in, even though room was pre-paid, was no hassle to refund. Nice breakfast.

The bed was comfortable, but it wasn’t cleaned. One of the beds had stains on the covers, the bath tub was dirty, the mini fridge didn’t work, no remote to the tv. The heating and air was great, but the property was also very loud assumably because the door’s weatherstrip was coming off from the bottom of the door. I would avoid this place.

The room was very outdated. They were doing construction and remodeling that started at 2 AM… it lasted until we checked out at 10:30 AM. The breakfast was awful. There was a roach crawling on the wall and made its way to the ceiling. When I went to check out, there was no one at the front desk. I said hello a couple of times into an open door twice and even went to knock on a closed door. When someone finally came to the front desk, the lady asked if I was extending my stay. I said I was checking out. I told the front desk about the banging, hammering and making noise since 2 AM. They did not apologize or anything. All they said was I’ll take care of it!! Will never stay at this place again if we happen to visit Amarillo in the future…

I walk in get rest get ready shower no hot water I walk back office change the room light warm shower next day no hot water I wait every two hour check hot water still cold wait few hour still cold water recheck 7 time nothing no hot water next day same thing no hot water plus twice deposits 50 plus 50 dollars bothe awful I want deposits back and refund too please I am not happy those place awful no shower waste my time no shower hot water sad please e-mail me I call call you

Needs a lot of cleaning and updating. Breakfast area was to cramp and not appealing. Could not adjust shower head and would only hit the wall. I did not feel secure at all. Need new linen was old and worn out. Had to wait over 10 mins before anyone showed up to check in people.
