I stayed in the non-smoking "suite" but the room was very dingy. The furniture was old, some pieces were broken (i.e. all the side tables), the blanket had a cigarette hole in it, one of the lamps were broken, etc. In the morning on checkout I accidentally left some things in the room. No one was at the front desk to help- after waiting a while and calling out, I had to leave without my things.

This hotel was rated an 8.2 so that’s why I decided to book it. I would say it’s more like a rating of 6.0. Bed was okay and sheets looked clean. New counter top in the bathroom but the bathroom door looked like it was from a nasty old apartment. Everything just seemed run down. It’s not like the pictures at all. Furniture was in rough condition. Breakfast was okay, I’ve had worse. The staff was very nice though. However, we would not stay there again. We only stayed one night.
