Found dirty cup and some trash (under desk) from previous person in room. Room was not made up for our second night. Coffee setup very basic. Hot tub looked nice (although dirty water) and pool felt nice and warm. Exercise room was nice.

The room we were provided had been opened with a crowbar so many times I wasn’t sure the door jamb would hold, so I tied the door to the security latch with bathroom towels. It was very unnerving over night with my family. I was worried about our belongings while we weren’t in the room. The hot tub was so hot that it was completely unusable, not safe. .

Not sure what the hotel is like but the management is not understanding at ALL. Regardless Hotels.com is the main entity at fault. I clicked on the other Marriott in downtown Amarillo and somehow Hotels.com got it mixed up and booked me a room at West/Medical. I called Expedia (parent company of Hotels.com) and told them what happened so they called management at Marriott West/Medical to try and move the reservation to the CORRECT hotel but West/Medical said they wouldn't. I had to end up eating $125. I'll NEVER stay at Marriott West/Medical and I'll NEVER use Hotels.com again
