It's mainly long term residents and there are "non-smoking" rooms that have a cigarette smell to them.

Asked for non smoking room and the room was marked not smoking but the room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and had a burn hole in the carpet. The breakfast food consisted of a pack of 2 small blueberry muffins.

Never stay here it is a disgusting mess. If I had a choice, I would have left, but already booked in advance. It is very gross. Smells very bad lots of permanent residence with kids that live there. I suggest you go anywhere but here.

I usually take reviews with a grain, but omg - this place was HORRIBLE! It stank, everything was dirty and nothing was maintained. My family slept on top of the covers because we just could not bring ourselves to pull back the sheets. There were no bugs but that was the only good thing about it. One review said "no toilet paper" and it was true... What hotel does that?!?!? Run away. Enter at your own risk.

Facility was filthy. Check-in took forever. There is a surprise $50 refundable charge for damages or incidentals. In my room the air con worked but was leaking water which left the carpet under and in front of in soaked and smelling moldy. Room rate was reasonable but you get what you pay for in this case. Staff was friendly and seemed helpful is the nicest thing i can say. I don’t.

The rooms were completely filthy. We were assigned a “non-smoker” room, yet the room had cigarette butts next to the night stand, and the sheets and blankets had a lot cigarette burns. The AC didn’t work, which made the smell worse. We barely stayed 5 hours, wouldn’t stay there even if I got paid to do so. STAY 500 MILES AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

This place should be a last resort. Don’t expect to take a shower and get clean. I hope that water coffee and stale muffins are the breakfast of your choice if you stay here.
