Snow storm. Only one employee to run the desk, do the laundry snd clean the rooms. She had her children with her- they were uncontrollable. The screamed and yelled- pushed each other on the luggage carts and ran like a heard of wild snimals in rhe halls. I checked in there for 3 days because I'm a nurse and had to make my shifts. I live 22 miles from work, the hotel was 1 mile away from work. 2 nights I went to a 9 hr shift with no sleep.

The worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. 3 trips to and from room with hands full, and/or using a push cart, walking by staff, ignored. Actually not ignored. Looked at with disdain, indifference or annoyance and not a fake offer of help. Questioned, asked where I was taking a push cart? FOOD POISONING. Ordered from the restaurant. “Prawns with Garlic Potatoes”=Rubber Shrimp with 1 hard potato sliced in a pool of butter with jarred garlic. Woke up 3 hours before check out. Vomited until nothing could come out. Then dry heaved for hours. Called to inform the desk. was yelled at. Told them I’d have to stay. Was screamed at that I had better get to the desk by 12 to extend stay. Was called shortly before 12 asked for CC INFO… was charged for one night close to what I was charged for two nights before PLUS another 50$ deposit.. still have not received either deposit back. I’ve never paid so much to be poisoned and treated like an annoyance. In addition, I missed out on work that was offered to me while I lay in bed with a bucket next to me dry heaving. Loss of about $400. Thanks
