Booked a nonsmoking room, but the room the gave me smelled like someone just smoked 100 cigarettes. They gave me a different room and the TV's remote did not work.

Room is smoky and there are bugs in the bathroom. Tub is old and grubby. But we arrived at 8pm tired and they were nice enough to give us a room adjacent to our kids so we didn’t ask to be moved.

Those reviews that give it a 10/10 have to be FAKE! Whole property is severely neglected. You get what you pay for! Lots of people smoking and getting high all over property. Woman with a large mean dog ran loose up to us in parking lot. Room smelled like smoke and even though sheets appeared clean, the bed cover was NOT. Floor was dirty and tub rusted. And front door lock didn’t work.

First when I get here the room we were giving had roaches , asked for additional towels cuz I was 3 adults and baby and then said two towels in room were what we got , no tv remote then after finding 3 roach they did switch out my room to different room however that room was dirty and disgusting

Dirty, smelled of mold and mildew, crawling with roaches. Faulty door lock, my daughter had to use the inside door handle to hold the deadbolt in the unlock position in order to close the door every time I left the room. We were staying only one night on our way home from a road trip, would have left immediately if we weren't too exhausted to continue driving.
