This was the #1 worst hotel experience of my life. I killed over 20 cockroaches in my room in one night. One crawled on me while I was in bed, They were everywhere - in tub, sink, bed, and even a dead one in the fridge. On top of that the mattress was uncomfortable and the pillows flat. No amenities like even being able to make hot water in the room. When i got hot water from reception it had dirt in it. Reception was not kind about me leaving a day early - didn't even acknowledge what i said. Directed me to Expedia - acted like I wasn't there sitting in the room when Expedia called. Said management needed to handle the cancelling, but made no effort.

There was no body wash or tissues in the room. When after sending a text and telling the front desk, these issues were still not addressed. Also kind of a sketchy place and felt unsafe.

The room was not well-kept. There was noticeable dirt, grime, and rust. The chair was so filthy that you couldn’t sit in it. The sink had a crack in it.

Staff were generally friendly, nothing special, they were speaking to themselves in another language which comes off rude. The room was organized but dirty, not filthy but looked like it was a quick wipe down and not clean. Floor was dirty, stained walls that I thought were hard, stuck stains but I wiped them off easily with a napkin which disappointed me and made me question their integrity on sanitizing the entire room. Paid over a hundred dollars for a room that wasn’t worth half that. Needless to say I won’t be coming back, btw the photos are deceiving, they are outdated.

Not what I thought from the ratings!

Parking area had a lot of coming & going, people hanging around, noise & commotion until wee hours of the morning! It did not feel like an entirely safe environment. Room was clean but worn & dingy & the mattress was terrible. Just wanted a quiet, clean, & comfortable bed to spend the night. This was the wrong property for that!
