The room was spacious and clean enough. Damaged wall next to bed and in the bathroom. The gorl that was on duty didn't acknowledge my presence until she finished what she was doing on her phone

There was black mold on the shower ceiling, gross. The shower had staining and after scrubbing with bleach for 35mins no stain was lifted. There was something brown smeared on the bathroom door. The phone didnt work, the tv had no remote and the tv was damaged, streaks of color going vertical. It didnt seem like housekeeping had been trough the room, i ended up bleach wiping everything. The continental breakfast was horrible. The muffins had no flavor and the waffle station clearly hadnt been cleaned in some time. The establishment advertises ice machines and even gives you a map showing the alleged ice machines but there are no ice machines. The vending machines only accept cash and the chip vending machine wont dispense certain products when you can clearly see the product is in stock. Horrible stay, wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy.

I never stayed there but I was billed for 3 nights. Before check in it seemed odd. I asked if I can see the room first. I was denied. So I didn't stay there. But they charged me for 3 nights they. I am requesting the refund.

They won’t issue a refund to their falsely advertised “roach coach” building!! Walked into the room it wreaked of cigarettes, looked at it there were spider webs and cobwebs all over, the tub where you would stand is coming up/ peeling, The bed linens were stained, the bed itself was garbage ( old very worn) walked out went to office told them we weren’t staying there- they gave security deposit back but won’t refund room amount!! Scammers!!
