Staff Eloise she is very rude not willing to help at all . I waited 4 hours because said on my booking I had I one queen size bed instead of two . I showed her my validation Reference # still she was so negative . Told me to call Expedia so the could send her a email with that confirmation # after telling me I was lying .

cleaning is only done on monday and friday and after we asked why our room was not cleaned on friday, they told us we needed to request the cleaning, then they said they would clean it the next day and it did not get done, then we asked for clean towels and toilet paper at least and got them ourselves, it had a very noisy air conditioner due to the unit's lid was missing.

Furniture in the room was new, bed was comfortable, bathroom could have been cleaner. You can’t get an extra blanket for the bed if you are cold even when asking for one. They don’t have any to give you. When you want clean towels you have to give them your towels and wait for them to have clean ones to exchange with yours like they only have just enough for the rooms. It was quiet inside for being right next to the airport and the main highway, sleeping wasn’t a problem at all.
