Customer service is excellent. Amanda at the front was very helpful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast is usual eggs, potatoes, toast, bagels, oatmeal. Hotel overall is very clean and staff friendly. One day pool chemical room door was left open. The next day the towel bin was sideways. I would stay here again and recommend it.

We have enjoyed our experience so much. Breakfast is good, the beds are perfectly firm with a slight softness, and service is great. The layout is like a studio apartment—perfectly spacious and comfy. We'll be back!

OVERALL THE HOTEL WAS GREAT.. POOL WAS SMALL AND WATER WAS A LITTLE COOL BUT WE HAD THE POOL TO OURSELVES.. LOVED THAT IT WAS OPEN LATE. TILL 10PM. SO CONVENIENT SINCE WE GOT BACK FROM DORNEY/DINNER AROUND 830PM.. STAFF WAS NICE AND HELPFUL.. TV WASNT WORKING SOMEONE CAME RIGHT UP WITHIN MINUTES.. PREVIOUS PERSON SWITCHED HDMI PORTS SO IT WAS A SIMPLE FIX.. NEEDED EXTRA TOWELS FRONT DESK GAVE THEM TO ME ON THE SPOT. EVERYONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY.. BREAKFAST WAS GREAT
