Hotel overall was wonderful. However, when searching my criteria was Pet Friendly. There was nothing that mentioned a $100 fee for said pet. You shouldn’t have to dig through thr fine print under Amenities to find it. If there is a fee it should be tight up front. Very disappointed in this.

The hotel had almost no routine cleaning services. One glaring example was a piece of gum in the hallway leading to our room. It was there day after day, indicating nobody was vacuuming the hallways. The rooms felt a little dingy, and the staff at check in told us that road service consisted of making the bed and replacing the towels, but nothing else. Furthermore, when we opened up the extra bed under the sofa, a mattress was dirty, and when we called room service to make the bed, they told us they do not do that, but they can bring the sheets for us to make the bed. As for outside amenities, plenty of parking outside and the downstairs restaurant was pretty good (and the only place for service was actually good). Overall, though I don’t think I’ll be staying at this hotel again.
