5 stars for the availability for visiting relatives in Hellertown. Minus 2 stars for broken elevator operable by desk clerk. Minus 1 star for only one operable ice machine and that on the 4th floor. And minus 1 star for noisy traffic and noisy HVAC system.

This hotel was a terrible experience. In the mornings, I could not sleep because the staff made too much noise with machines and talked very loudly on their phones. When I checked in at night, there was no parking space for my car, which I cannot just leave anywhere. Also, the elevator was broken when I arrived, and I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. Because of all this, I had to cancel one night of my stay and pay again at another hotel. On top of that, I now have to wait over 10 days to get my money back. For these reasons, I did not enjoy my stay and I would not recommend this place.

Disappointed

First of all, the toilet was dirty. The people upstairs was so noisy. We called the lobby for transfer us to another room and the person was so nice and move us to 4th floor, but that's another story. People near us were so noisy at 12am, then we had to call again. The room is spacious, but with a few dirty areas in the room. The shower had black areas, the lamp had dust. We didn't like the breakfast. No banana, no whole wheat bread, no pork sausage. The chairs are faded. A few things that we liked was the kindFirst of all, the toilet was dirty. The people upstairs was so noisy.
