Our room was never cleaned for two nights,first room,TV was broken and when I requested another room,I was told there was none and then when they could not fix it,another room magically appeared but it turned out they gave us the key to a room that was already occupied (lock your doors),then they found another room. Went for coffee at the cafe area and was told they were closed and not serving coffee at 12pm (it’s a cafe!),clearly they do not need the money NEVER going back.

I arrived earlier than expected from Las Vegas to visit family I hadn't seen in 10 years. The customer service I received was amazing. The young lady who took of me was wonderful and extremely helpful. I will keep coming back it was a great experience!!
