Great stay, stayed for two nights with one other person for a nearby event. I requested no significant smells or fragrances due to asthma-- Room was perfect for that. Clean, huge fridge and a microwave, beds were comfortable and staff was nice. Pretty quiet overnight too. Bathroom and shower also good, there's 4 big towels and plenty of washcloths-- Just note there is shampoo and conditioner on the shower wall, but not body wash. Not a huge issue though. Will be staying again if the need arises.

Room was uninhabitable due to smell—partner is allergic. Unable to switch rooms. Moved to a different hotel. Hotels.com is responsible for the booking so the hotel couldn’t issue the refund. Hotels.com did a whole charade where they pretended to call hotel management, even though they don’t control the reservation. No refund. Scam website. Reserve directly with the hotel. Hotels.com creates obstacles and refuses to work with customers.

This was probably the best hotel out of all four of them that we stayed on our trip. Breakfast was decent. Front desk was nice. Everybody was pleasant and helpful.
