The Hotel was very dark, no outside lights. Not comfortable leaving my vehicle. Why bother with pretense of breakfast?? There was very little to chose from. We wont stay again.

Not sure how this place got such high ratings. They are trying but it is not even a 3 star property. Just eliminate breakfast if you can’t offer something decent. On their behalf, I will say that the front desk staff was very nice and accommodating.

The hotel was in poor conditions, it really needs a deep cleaning, the gym machines are old and broken. The " free breakfast" is just not whats expected. they only offer coffee who sits there all day, old bagels and an old machine with waffle preparation to make you own waffles but without any toppings. No eggs, juice. Therefore, if you brings kids, make sure you get food from outside. They dont offer water in the rooms and the towels are old and dirty. Bring your own towels..

I was disappointed in the hotel and the location of the room. It was near the lobby and I heard dogs barking, kids running and loud conversations. The hotel was not full so there was no reason to put me in that room. The quality of the hotel was not worth the loss of a good nights sleep. The breakfast was as expected. I never got to the waffle maker, there were a couple of families making waffles to go, 3 and 4 at a time.

The bed has some fleece and they change our room but the sheets was dirty. The toilet seat is dirty and has some poop around and smells. I wish I could send you pictures. This is horrible 😤😢

I liked the fact that our room had a nice Keurig coffeemaker (we brought our own coffee), a decent refrigerator and microwave, and a nice tv. The front desk manager (aka Linda, who never sleeps) was a sweetheart and couldn't have been more accommodating. I was very surprised that towels were not changed regularly (without asking) and that trash was only picked up if we left the wastebaskets outside the room. Hmm. Our bathroom *really* needed a toilet paper roll holder. The *hot* breakfast on Saturday was ho-hum. I grabbed a bagel and called it a day. I would consider staying here again (for an annual dog show weekend in Macungie), but would hope that a few of my concerns would be addressed. There *are* other hotels nearby.

Lobby smelled like cigarettes when I arrived. Lobby not as neat and clean as online photo My room had small clumps if hair jn the entryway to room snd bathroom. Desk chair very worn and disgusting Bed had no mattress pad - just a blanket thickness “pad” that did not cover much of the bed. Yuck!!

The hotel was older but it was comfortable and clean. The staff did their best and they were friendly. The water in the shower was hard to turn on, it was loose and kept spinning.

Water damage and peeling ceiling in bathroom, lumpy beds, breakfast bar was very untidy and slim pickens, door to the room had light from the hallway shining through on both sides, my husband requested a few towels and soap, he was told they would bring them up even though he was at the desk and offered to do it, they never brought them and when he called they said sorry they forgot and he went down to pick them up. Overall very disappointing and we will not use this facility again.
