"Upon room checkin I came across some housekeeping problems with a bathroom mirror splattered with something and a dirty desk. Took photos. Called the front desk, went back to check in to switch rooms.
Minor plaster damage on bathroom wall noted front desk upon departure.
Friendly hotel staff, special kudos to Mr Hertz for his great assistance!"
