This room has stains on the carpet, the secondary door latch is broken as if torn out of the door frame, there was no soap or shampoo in the room, I found drug paraphernalia along the underside of the bed, and used Kleenex on the floor. The front desk guy was surly and short with me. I had to call him on the telephone to get him to come to the front desk. With that it still took 10 minutes and he acted like I wasted his time. Shockingly disappointing.

No TV remote in room. Coffee wasn’t ready when we went to breakfast. One of the queen beds was very lumpy. We’ve stayed here before, and the property and furnishings have seriously deteriorated over the years.

Neither at check in or check out was there someone at the desk. A phone number was left and was promptly answered. Breakfast was not available when we checked out at 6:30. The room was modest, but the heater did not work - weather was in the 20s and the room was a bit chilly, but not freezing. No shampoo in the shower.

There wasn’t enough parking for a U-Haul with a trailer or even a truck and trailer. Romm felt neglected, the bathroom didn’t have enough toilet paper and the tub/shower was dirty.
