Close to the airport and Conrad (the night desk clerk) were the only positives. The property had trash everywhere. There was some random guy walking the parking lot when I arrived at 930pm and he was still walking the parking lot at 530am when I left. The room was ice cold because they had the AC set at 61⁰. You could smell marijuana everywhere. This place gave off the vibe that its a hotel you csn expect people to go missing from. I wont be back.

The room it self was terrible when we arrived the floor was dirty, the bed, and pillows had stains on them everywhere. Do not even get me started on the AC, there was mold in the little vents and it smelled disgusting.there were cockroaches everywhere in the toilet seat, the bed, the drawer, as well as the little fridge in there, the service was terrible and you couldn’t even walk outside alone without it being UNSAFE. I went to get dinner with my family at night and outside you see groups of people that make it feel so unsafe. People live there , people that make it unsafe. I will definitely not be staying there again and especially in that area that makes it feel so unsafe with the worst service and cleaning conditions.

For the value the room was comfortable and convenient, even if the phones didn't work. Check in was easy and fast, and so was checkout. I would recommend this for those on a budget

The room was only $70, so I can put up with a lot for the price! Floors did need to be wet mopped, they were sticky. There is a smoke/pot smell in the room but not terrible. The shower insert needs to be replaced, they have patched it but it is really old and needs replaced, they painted the patched floor trying to match the original but it's time.... Desk help in the lobby were really nice!!! Only so much you can do in an older hotel. It was what I expected for the price!! Thank you lobby workers!

First of all the room smelled of a combination of stale cigarette smoke and mustiness! The carpet was disgusting, as if it had never been cleaned. It literally had visible (bare) footprints on it! I killed two insects that looked like roaches... it was hard to tell with the bad lighting and dark floors. When I complained to the front desk and asked for a refund the owner would only offer me a 30% discount. I finally took the offer, checked out and went to a different hotel!

Room not clean

Came to Albuquerque for the Balloon Fiesta and many hotels full. The room rates were higher than usual. I picked this hotel room for its kitchen but we were unable to use it because the room had bugs when we tried to have dinner the first night. We only continued to stay here because we couldn’t find another hotel. The bugs seem to be there if there was food so we kept the room clean and dry for the rest of the stay and that seemed to keep them at bay but overall this was uncomfortable. The Balloon Fiesta was great but I will not return to this hotel.

It was so filthy there. Stained sheets, used towel in the bathroom, the floor was disgusting, the trash bins weren’t even emptied beforehand. We thought we'd be able to stick it out, but it was too much and we left. Front desk said he didn’t think he could approve a refund 🙄

Very rude night clerk. First question we were asked is "what's the reason for your visit?". Is this a hotel/motel or the US border? Roaches, filthy walls. Floors need to be moped daily, because they're sticky. "Extended Stay" that should've been the first red flag. The live ins are noisy and dont GAF.

Check-in took a long time due to an issue the guy had seen before with an issue between my travelocity payment and the hotel. Our smoke free room reeled of cigarette smoke, not to mention the cloud of marijuana smoke we walked thru to get to our room. Add to that, the floor had something brown and hard stuck to the floor which was also sticky across the whole floor. Finally, sleep was difficult due to a lot of noise from the other "residents" until past three in the morning. I will never go there again or recommend any related brand.
