Villa Romani by Escape Home

Mediterranean-style villa located in Torre Solí, Villa Romani invites you to enjoy fabulous views of Son Bou beach.



The villa is distributed over two floors and is accessed via a ramp or stairs.



On the main floor there is the living-dining room, equipped with Smart TV, free wifi and air conditioning, with direct access to the kitchen, fully equipped and with a capsule coffee maker. On this floor there is also a toilet with WC and sink. From the living room you can access a large and pleasant covered outdoor terrace, with a built-in barbecue, from which you can enjoy magnificent sea views.



On the lower floor there are three double bedrooms, all with direct access to the terrace and sea views. One of them has a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The other two bedrooms have single beds and air conditioning. There is also an independent bathroom with a shower and a utility room with a washing machine.



The lower terrace has a large swimming pool with sun loungers, from which you can enjoy privileged sea views, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.

For groups made up of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.

During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.

The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.

The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been completed, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.
