Villa Nineta by Escape Home

Beautiful villa of 242 square metres built with three bedrooms in Mediterranean style, located very close to Son Bou beach and the shopping centre. It has private car access and the entire house is built on one level, making it very comfortable.

From the street you go up the stairs to the terrace level where there is a lovely area with outdoor furniture and access to the villa.

Inside, it has a wonderful living dining room with TV, air conditioning and through an arch you access the fully equipped kitchen.

The villa consists of three bedrooms, the master bedroom, slightly larger and with access to the terrace with sea views, has a double bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and the other 2 bedrooms (have ceiling fans) with 2 single beds each. Finally, an independent bathroom with bathtub.

Outside there are two areas, the first area, where the swimming pool is located, from which you can enjoy pleasant sea views and is equipped with outdoor furniture, and the second area has a large terrace with barbecue to enjoy with family.

For groups made up of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.

During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.

The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.

The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been carried out, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.



Tourist tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearics.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
