Experience this newly updated villa, blending a brand-new modern kitchen and sleek new flooring with the timeless charm of its classic Mediterranean interior. This secluded retreat centres around a private pool with Roman steps and a built-in BBQ, with spectacular sea views and, for your added comfort, air-conditioned bedrooms, Smart TV and satellite TV.
The villa is in an elevated position taking about 15 minutes’ to walk down to the resort, offering bars, shops, and restaurants and a little longer going back up the hill.
House layout (two levels):
1. On the main level are the living room, dining room and kitchen. From here, 6 steps up to the double bedroom and the double bedroom with a separate bathroom (shower above the bathtub) shared between the two rooms.
2. On the lower floor there is a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds and an independent bathroom (independent bathtub and shower) shared between the two bedrooms.
Access to the swimming pool is from the lounge area.
As the house is on the hill, it is accessed from the street by stairs.
