Villa Gabriel is a single-level house, consisting of 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of them en suite) located in a quiet area of the Torre Soli urbanization.

The house has been recently renovated with exquisite taste with a simple and current decoration with warm colors and good quality materials.

The Villa has air conditioning in the bedrooms and a ceiling fan in the living room.

Open kitchen with a modern style island, fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, washing machine.

Pleasant terrace with sofas, table and chairs.

Private pool with solarium with sunbeds and umbrella.

Capacity for 5 people.

The organization of parties or events of any kind is not permitted.

Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory deposit in the case of groups of young people under 26 years old. This must be paid by card before arrival and will be returned after departure, once the property's condition and the group's appropriate behaviour during the stay have been verified.

Pets are not accepted.

Tourist tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid by card before arrival.
