In a quiet, well-maintained villa complex, consisting of 7 luxury villas, is the Villa Finesse with a capacity for 6 people. Charmingly built in a modern yet Menorcan design, the villa is located directly on the top of a hill in Torre Soli Nou and offers a magnificent view over the Mediterranean landscape. The villa is equipped with high-quality furniture and has a spacious living room, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. Further amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a television. Parking spaces are available on the street. The garden with a large, private pool and the partially covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue invite you to a relaxing holiday. Together with other guests of the villa complex you share a children's playground, which is only a few steps away from the house. Restaurants and shopping facilities are within 12 minutes walking distance. The sandy beach Son Bou is less than 2 km away.
