If you are looking for a villa with spectacular sea views, Vila Panorama is the perfect villa, located on the cliff of Calan Porter, with capacity to accommodate up to 6 people.

Spacious villa with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 full bathroom and 2 bathrooms with shower. It consists of a large open-plan kitchen with dining area and a large window that gives access to the terrace, fully equipped kitchen to accommodate up to 6 guests.

The villa has air conditioning in all bedrooms, welcoming outdoor furniture, with a built-in barbecue where you can enjoy magnificent sunsets over the south coast of Menorca.

For groups made up of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.

During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.

The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.

The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been carried out, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.



Tourist tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
