A car is essential for staying at the villa.

We hope you have lots of laughs and fun moments during your holiday! However, we would appreciate it if you were considerate and kept noise to a minimum during the night-time hours.

Located 14km from Son Bou, the longest white sand beach in the Balearic Islands (2.5km). It is therefore no wonder that one of the best tourist areas on the island has developed along it.

For groups made up of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.

During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.

The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.

The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property has been inspected, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.



Tourist Tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearics.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
