The rates are based on 14 guests: Infants over the base occupancy (24 months old and under) are FREE and do not count toward the maximum occupancy. Please add US$35/night plus tax for any additional guests over 14. Maximum occupancy is 20 adults and 4 children.

The connected guesthouse has three additional King bedrooms, all located upstairs.
Outside, the private swimming pool sits just steps from the Caribbean, making it easy to move between the house, pool, and beach throughout the day.

Villa Turquesa is located directly on the Caribbean in the residential community of South Akumal. The setting feels peaceful and removed while Akumal's restaurants, shops, snorkeling, and services remain a short drive away.
Tulum, cenotes, Maya ruins, eco-parks, and other Riviera Maya attractions are also easily reached by car.
GOOD TO KNOW
• Air conditioning is provided in the bedrooms only. Common living areas are not air conditioned.
• The main house has bedrooms on both the ground and upper floors. All three guesthouse bedrooms are on the upper floor.
• Housekeeping is provided Monday through Saturday.
• Kayaks, life jackets, and some snorkeling gear are provided for guest use and are subject to availability and condition during your stay.
