"Bugs/cocoons in the folds of the curtains. Blackout curtain was falling off the rack. Miserably hot in the hallways! Initially front desk staff only offered to move me to a different room yet other guests were just starting to notice infestations in there rooms as well. Checked in at 3pm, checked out by 8pm. Front desk staff did reverse charges but I’m still waiting to see that on my bank account."
