Kicked me and my mom out
When I arrived to check in, even though my stay had been PREPAID three weeks prior, I was told the hotel was overbooked and they did not have the room I had specifically booked for its amenities. The desk clerk was unhelpful, and no manager was available for me to speak with. They sent me over to the Hampton Inn, which did not have the same room type or amenities and was less expensive than the rate I paid, and did not offer me any kind of refund for the price difference, not even loyalty points or another type of apology award. I will not ever stay with a Marriott again.
