This is an older property which looks to me like they are attempting to update. They need to. I had maintenance problems which is why I downgraded the staff. The staff that I personally dealt with did what they could. Air conditioning was good, which is not always the case in much pricier hotels. Bed and pillows were also good. For me, comfortable bed in a cool room is really all I need.

Rooms felt dirty. The room my coworker was staying in had water stains on the dresser. Her sink would not drain. My sink's faucet was loose and not well secured. Upon entering the room it smelt like cheap cleaning products.

Few things did not want to work, quite of few light bulbs in the room were burnt out, door key cards would not work (4) to be exact and had the desk re-issue me new ones every time, loud freaking music and stomping through out the night….
