Parking was good--no problems. The room they gave us initially, had the strong smell of Marijuana in it. Called the desk to let them know and we were given anothrr room--no problem. I did have words with the lady who was in charge of breakfast. I was just looking around to see if there was a disperser or place to get water and she accused me of trying to go into the kitchen. The accusation and my denial escalated into an exchange that l am now regretting. You need to do something about her customer relation skillls.

The bathroom shower curtain rod was very loose and about to fall. The room was ok the TV remote didn’t work without standing directly in front of it. The staff was great.

This property was under construction and the website did not advise of this being so. It is convenient to MSU, but the property and hotel room needs repair.

Hotel was under renovation so we took that under consideration in review. We did not know the hotel was under renovation when we booked as that wasn't clear on website. Room was clean but toilet stopped working the first night and then air conditioner leaked into carpet the next day. Overall hotel was average, close to the University but overpriced for the type of facility and quality of amenities.

The staff was great, but the room was so bad we couldn’t stay there. Stains everywhere, dirty room, dirty pull out bed, moldy air conditioning unit, blood stained sofa (or someone spilled their koolaide). We promptly left.

It said under construction, but I didn’t see really much done at all. The carpeting in the hallways was atrocious. The room itself, the toilet seat pretty much fell off, the faucet wasn’t connected to the vanity, the television didn’t work. Thumbs down for sure.

All staff members encountered did not seem interested in being at work. Was evident managment gave up on this place. Staff sits in back office watching tv on computer. Was unable to connect to WiFi on any of our 3 devices as there was a server error message that displayed. Location was convenient and accessible to miss state. The one positive encounter was with the Room attendant cleaning room next to our room upon departure she was the most cordial employee encountered and thanked us for staying.
