TV didn’t work phone didn’t work or even have a plug for it. Outlets wouldn’t hold chargers. The place smelled like weed so bad. Breakfast looked awful. Faucet on sink was hanging off. Toilet and bathtub were disgusting. I definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
Everything was poor quality. The carpet was gross. There was a smell throughout. The breakfast ws wful but
The floor was stained, the bathroom had some brown liquid up the wall, it smelled like old cigarettes, and as we were packing up....there were roaches crawling on our things. It was repulsive and we left a day early!
The check-in person was very friendly and helpful! This hotel needs some tender loving care. Very outdated and the lobby needs some sprucing up to make it more comfortable/inviting for guests. Room was smelly. Our microwave was dirty.

Nice and clean, friendly, fast easy check-in will be back
The beds are very uncomfortable and there was an odor in the room that I can only describe as dank. The bathroom tub was flaking in the area around the drain. There was no stopper in the bathtub or sink. The room doorhandle was difficult to turn. The room was not worth the rate. I checked out early when I found a better hotel with a vacancy.
Staff was great first and foremost. The condition of the hotel is horrible. Too many things wrong to list here. This listing is also very inaccurate. From the name of the hotel, to the pictures, and the fact there is no pool.. the pool has been filled in with concrete. This place is not worth 100 or more a night. At best $50 for a whole weekend stay. I did not bother the staff with everything that was wrong because honestly they're not equipped to fix it. The one thing I brought to their attention they were quick to make it better and switch me to another room. Whoever owns this place or is top management do better.. there's soo much room for improvement.. you cant expect your team to run a well taken care of establishment if you dont provide them with an establishment worth taking care of.. management feel free to reachout and I'll be happy to give you an honest detailed review. I hope future success for this place cause the staff really is so nice. However, for $500 for the weekend was way off mark for too many reasons.
The room was dated and the furniture was abused. The room was clean. The front desk folks are always looking down at their phones and don’t acknowledge or greet you when coming or going. The gentleman that checked us in was very cordial. It was not worth the 600+ we paid for two night to see a MS State game. They have a pardon or dust for renovation sign on the front sliding door for the past two years. The hotel has potential though. When you don’t have a quality place you need to at least have amazing customer service. Customer service is the most important thing to me. Great service, more customers, more income, more improvements to your property. Just my opinion, though.
